Class Description

The Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC-AC) class is NAEMT’s 8 hour version based off the core concepts of the Original TC3 16 hour class. It’s focus is to train first responders to handle emergency situations seconds after they happen. The cost of the course is $190 and $250 with the Medicine in Bad Places Individual First Aid Kit. The kit includes the following:

1x CAT Tactical Tourniquet (Generation 7)

1x ETD 4” Bandage

1x Hyfin Chest Seal (2-pack)

1x QuikClot Bleeding Control Dressing (4 yards)

1x NPA 28F w/ Lube

1 Pair Nitrile Gloves (Large)

The TCCC class offers 8 Continuing Medical Education credits for any certified EMT or Paramedic and is recognized by National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, however this class does not require certifications and is available to all First Responders. At the completion of this course, each student will receive a TCCC certification from NAEMT. Ultimately, your systems CME coordinator has the right to accept or refuse credit based off of the topic areas covered.
