AHA BLS Instructor Original Course

The AHA BLS Instructor Original course is a 16 hour blended learning program that fulfills the online and classroom requirements to become an AHA BLS & First Aid Instructor.  Attendees of this program must have a current AHA BLS Provider certification and will be expected to demonstrate exceptional BLS skills. Upon completing the program, candidates must complete an instructor audit to complete the final step of becoming an AHA BLS Instructor.

Course program includes BLS Instructor E-Manual, AHA Heartsaver First Aid Online Program, BLS Instructor Essentials Course, Instructor Audit(s) & BCLS Instructor Card.

PREREQUISITES

• Candidates must possess a valid AHA Healthcare Provider card.
• Candidates will be expected to demonstrate exceptional competency in all BLS skills
• Candidates will be expected to pass the BCLS Provider Written Examination

 Parking

Street parking is severely limited in the area. Public transportation is recommended. The Riverside Church parking lot located at 120^th Street and Riverside Drive is available for a fee.
