The CPR Plus line of training programs was developed by the Regional EMS Council of NYC with oversight with its Regional Emergency Medical Advisory Committee (REMAC) of New York City, the EMS protocol development body within the region. This training program follows the 2015 ECC Guidelines and is designed to train non-professional (lay) rescuers in the essential skills of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), use of the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) and First Aid.
