„X New NOTE gives a broad definition of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS).
„X Step 4 clarified ¡V ALS should always be requested for these types of patients, however, transport can not be delayed. If time for arrival of ALS exceeds time to hospital, patient is to be transported.
